Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[89Zr]Zr-DFO-TST001 is a Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2)-targeting immuno-PET imaging probe developed by Transcenta Holding Limited. It consists of the recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody TST001 (osemitamab) conjugated to the positron-emitting radioisotope Zirconium-89 (89Zr) via a deferoxamine (DFO) chelator. The probe is designed for non-invasive molecular imaging to assess CLDN18.2 expression levels in patients with gastrointestinal tumors, such as gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers. By binding specifically to CLDN18.2-expressing cells, it allows for the visualization of tumor accumulation and distribution using PET/CT, potentially aiding in patient selection for CLDN18.2-targeted therapies.
